Fitness & Well Being Wishlist

Fitness & Wellbeing Wishlist 2



Like most people around this time of year I'm feeling motivated to make positive changes to my lifestyle, some of which involve improving my health. In lieu of these changes I've had my eyes on a few items, some of which I hope to get in the not too distance future. 

Is anyone else after some new well being bits in 2015?

  1. Im terrible at drinking green tea on its own haha. I have to have another flavour with it.
    I already use biotin for my hair I love it!
    I need to get new workout stuff..shopping saturday!

  3. you know my sister swears by those soup makers , i would love to own one for the detoxing this year and to add with it i should also get some trainers, loving the determination wish i could find some x

  4. Everyone is raving about Green Tea at the moment! I'll have to get on that - my skin needs a real boost! But am I the only one who thinks it tastes like dirty dishwater? Ha.
