St Moriz Fake Tan

I have such a bittersweet relationship with fake tan. I hate it when I use one for the first time which I don't get on with and it leaves me streaky, or when I see a friend that has one too many layers of it on, but when I find a fake tan which works well for me and I feel great in every time I use it, I become fake tan's biggest fan.

Recently Amazon (one of my favourite spots for beauty bargains) have introduced a scheme where you can subscribe to buying certain products each month for a slightly discounted price. Whilst browsing blogs I saw a good review of St Moriz Fake Tan, so decided to buy it to try for myself as I hated the last fake tan I used and was desperate to find a new one I loved. I logged onto Amazon and added it to my basket, and then noticed that I could subscribe to get it sent to me monthly for only £2.84 a month, that's £1.42 per 100ml!!! If that absolute freaking bargain wasn't enough to get excited about, I've now found my holy grail fake tan product, I am utterly devoted to St Moriz.

Everyone likes different types of self tan, I'm more of a lotion or mousse girl, if I use spray on ones myself I normally end up streaky. I find mousse all in all the best as you can blend easier so you don't have to worry about those pesky streaks, and as far as fake tan goes this is one of the only ones I have used which I have never ever had any streaks with. St Moriz is hands down one of the best fake tans I've used in terms of no streaks which of course is a massively important aspect of fake tanning, no one likes looking like they're melting.

My pet hate with fake tan is the feeling straight after apply fake tan. Do you know what I mean? When you can really feel the tan on you and it feels horrible almost like you're dirty. It is my least favourite thing about tanning and had always made me put off reapplying my tan for a while, until I started using St Moriz. The tan dries quickly so I'm not left with any of that horrible uncomfortable feeling for the next few hours which means I can get on with my day without worrying about how gross I feel, because I don't feel gross anymore!

This tan is about as long lasting as most decent fake tans, I last applied it on Wednesday and although my tan isn't as dark as when I first applied it, I still have a nice golden tan especially on my legs. I would probably reapply it in the next few days or so, and continue my St Moriz glow.

Lots of love,
xXx

  6. I have a love-hate relationship with St Moriz. At times it works really well for me and gives a gorgeous tan, and then I could use it the next week and I end up looking orange and streaky! Glad it works for you :)
