One of the downsides of getting my nails done at the salon is that I'm too scared to switch my colour in between visits in case I do a horrible job of painting them! I still have my lilac nails and although I love them there are so many colours in my nail varnish collection that I am dying to wear this Spring.

Peach Melba & Lychee |
Pastel shades have been majorly popular this spring in both the fashion and make-up world, but these two pretty colours are perfect for a subtle bit of SS14 style without going into pastel overload. Both Barry M, these are two gorgeous colours that I am dying to try for Spring. I think these two are perfect colours for an interview or in your workplace as they still give glamour to your nails without being too in your face. One of my favourite tips for choosing a nail colour; if you are wanting a more subtle shade but don't want plain nails opt for a more edgy nail shape like pointed ends to spice up your nails.

Have any of you ever tried Rimmel London's 60 Second Dry Nail Polish? I have quite a few from that collection and although I wouldn't necessarily say that two coats dries in 60 seconds, I don't have to worry about smudging my nails after a good few minutes after painting. I love this purpley grey shade, it is again subtle but has a girly tone to it, this is my go to shade for a during the day date like the zoo or a picnic!

Hoopia, Loop the Loop & Amazing Gracie |
These little beauties are itching to be on my nails! I adore these full blown candy colours this season, my current favourite being Loop the Loop. These are one step down from those gorgeous summer tan colours and they properly get me in the mood for the sunnier seasons.

I absolutely love using Barry M, such a good brand! Rimmel is okay by my standards and I haven't heard of the last brand before but it looks interesting! You should show us pictures of you using them so we know the shades look like outside of the bottle too ^.^
