Have You Discovered? | Foundation

Did you see my mini Fragrance Direct haul during the week? If you didn't you can watch the video here! Among the haul I bought Almay's Clear Complexion Foundation, which is designed to heal your blemishes while covering them. As mentioned in the video, the shade is a bit too light for my skin tone (the most annoying thing about buying cosmetics online!), but I have been using it under my eyes, down my nose and on my chin for highlighting/concealing.  My skin has been a complete nightmare recently, I am prone to breakouts around that time of the month, but that time has been and gone and I'm still breaking out in spots, so you can image how excited I was to start using this product.

When I first began using this foundation - or concealer in my case - I wasn't blown away, I actually felt that it made my skin worse in the first few days, but since my spots have begun to reduce in redness. I always tell other people 'spots will get worse before they get better', so I should of listened to my own advice and not worried, besides I still haven't been using this product for more than a week I should be so impatient for results! But if my skin continue to improves as it has been little by little whilst using this foundation, then I will love this foundation forever.

Almay have a really vast variety of products for people with problem skin, whether that is blemishes, wrinkles or colour unevenness so it is definitely worth trying out their products. Unfortunately they aren't stocked in the UK but websites like Fragrance Direct and Amazon do, and the majority of the time they are discounted in price!

Lots of love,
xXx
